About the studio
Fernleaf Studio is a two-room daylight studio and a small field kit. We photograph and film landscapes, weather and wild places, and we shoot calm, natural product still life for makers and small brands.
Most of our location work happens in the shoulder seasons, when the light is low and the trails are empty. In the studio we prefer north light, natural surfaces and as little retouching as possible.
